2. didn't believe the waiter at Remi that this fettucini was gluten free - that good.
3. baked these French breakfast donuts, but mini + gluten free
4. napped
5. went on a sister-date to see Cirque du Soleil: Zarkana
6. topped vanilla gelato with a quick warm fruit sauce: nectarines, blueberries, honey, vanilla, + a touch of cinnamon
And I now officially need a donut pan!

ReplyDeleteI swapped Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix for the regular flour. Turned out perfect!
